Hi , I am a 14 year old 1500m runner(4:34) and I was wondering whether her anyone had any advice on mileage and a typical training week.
My training currently looks like this
Mon-45 min swim
Tues- track session
Wed45 min swim
Thurs track
Fri- rest
Sat-race
Sun-60 min run
I am looking to build some easy runs in instead of the swims. Where should I start and how much should I build up by each week/ month
