Well this was fun, looking at the watch during the run to see 6:00-6:09 pacing numbers on the watch. I had to remind myself to slow down knowing that I still needed to have something for the last 3k.
Yesterday........................38:05,.ave HR166 .ve cadence 91
July ........................39:59,............166 ................... 89
April ........................40:27,............164 ................... 88
Just goes to show using a Tinman plan can help for the older runner.
I guess it would be wise to hold my current CV pacing (39:59) until another race before stepping up to the next CV pacing??
