Need to record a BBC show on my iPhone 6

Hi!

I need some help. I want to record the Panorama show televised by the BBC tomorrow (3rd of June). I don't have the channel on my TV, but I have an iPhone 6. Does anyone know how I can see (and possibly record) the show? It's going to be a great show!!! It's going to be a show all track & field/running fans should watch, in my view. I know what's going to be on the show, but I can't share that information here. However, tomorrow we can talk about the show, after it has aired. Can someone help me solve this problem?
