My running buddy Ron K, send me a link to a video by a Dr. Bergman, who is a chiropractor based in Huntington Beach California. Bergman claims Arthritis and meniscus issues can be repaired and cartilage can be regenerated. I'd love to get everyone's thoughts on this topic. He has a ton of free videos online. I'll post a few links.

The first link has several urls to deal with reversing arthritis including exercises to regenerate cartilage.

The second link is longer and talks about the misconceptions in the medical community regarding aging and arthritis. He explains the concept in more detail, and has a testimonial. ... fy&index=7

The third link has a listing of all his free videos.

This is a very intriguing concept.

Thanks for the video links. Good viewing! Dr. Bergman provides hope that for those of us who suffer from joint issues, we may have some healing that can occur over time and with certain exercises that invoke lubrication of the joints.

Feel free to provide any other links if you find them.

Take care,

There is a couple of Doctors who have several youtube videos available concerning this topic. The word Arthritis is translated 'joint inflamation.' Rheumatoid Arthritis is caused by a mycoplasma bacteria in the joints. You can kill the mycoplasma with certain antibiotics. Osteoarthritis is degeneration of the joints to the point where the bones are affected, as in 'bone to bone' arthritis, etc.

Dr. Wallach -

And it would make sense to strengthen the muscles surrounding the joints as well.
