Re: Henrik Ingebrigtsen training
Can someone please repost this pdf?
I saw one example of his training in a book 'utholdingstrening' but would love to read more about his intresting training methods.
What i make of the book easy runs at 60% - 65% and three runs a week at sub lactate threshold pace on the treadmill. And two harder intervalworkouts at controlled effort instead of 10 x 400 at mile pace 8 x 300 and 20 x 400 at 5 km pace or 8 - 12 x 1000 at 10 km pace.
He tested an unreal vo2max of 90 with a decent weight for his size. i don't think any other professional runner has ever gone over 6 liters in a vo2max test or am i wrong?

Re: Henrik Ingebrigtsen training
Given that Henrik's 16-year-old (!!!) brother (Jakob) has just won the European XC U20 title ...
http://www.european-athletics.org/compe ... ebrigsten/ ... any further details on his training approach would be of great interest.
