Running: anti-aging tool?

I'm a biochemistry student and running is my passion, so I thought it was cool that some research had been done related to both fields. Here's a pretty interesting article I saw on the NY Times about a correlation seen in recent studies between running and telomere length in cells.

Drew -

That's a good article! I enjoyed reading it, and the message is clear: exercising consistently for long periods of time benefits people by slowing the aging process of cells. There's proof in the study presented that this is true.
