Pete is just off the charts with his performances! Awesome. Oldest American to break 15:00, breaking his own record. That streak may continue for a few more years.

I am thrilled for Pete. As Pete told me, he was injured for two months  last summer/fall and had to rebuild. Because he now knows to train smarter, not harder, he didn't panic.

If I remember correctly too from his now defunct blog, his injury last Spring at least.. was not even running related. I believe he ran into a piece of furniture, desk drawer, something to that extent.
